Social Media Manager job at Solomon Page Los Angeles, CA, US

Job Description

Our client, a well-known entertainment company, is looking for a Social Media Manager with 5+ years of experience in entertainment and a passion for diversity to join their team for a 9+ month contract with potential to convert to FTE. This is a hybrid position and will require working onsite 1 day a week in Los Angeles, CA.

Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy (50%): Lead social media strategy, collaborate with agency partners, and pitch innovative ideas to reach target audiences.
Title Strategy (20%): Develop and execute social media strategies for Original titles, including collaboration with talent and filmmakers.
Data Analysis (15%): Analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns and report outcomes.
Administration & Operations (15%): Manage budgets, track trends, and maintain documentation.

Required Qualifications:

5-6 years in social media with a track record in content marketing.
Strategic thinker with strong creative, analytical, and leadership skills.
Experience managing cross-functional teams, agencies, and social media platforms.
Proficient in PowerPoint, Google Drive, and Excel.
Strong project management and communication skills.
Passion for storytelling and promoting underrepresented voices.
