Restaurant Assistant General Manager Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of management-level experience in a high-volume, upscale establishment
• Foundational understanding of the P&L
• Above average knowledge of beer, liquor, and wine
• Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Team player with the ability to take direction
• Computer competency required
