Job Description

Pay Rate: $38.00
-07:00 AM - 03:00 PM: +$0
-03:00 PM - 11:00 PM: +$1.50 
-11:00 PM - 07:00 AM: +$2.00
(Up to $40.00/hr total for night shift.)

Shift: Mon-Fri - Between 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM. Must be flexible to work within these hours. 

Weekend Requirement: None
Required Experience (Years or Specialty): 1+ Physical Therapy in corrections.
BLS: Required. 
Covid Vaccine: Not Required. 
Start dates: ASAP - 4/30-5/2 or 5/14-5/16

Contract Length: Ongoing
Interview: None 
Application Requirements (client specific i.e, BLS BG TB): Doctor of Physical Therapy, Arizona PT License, 1+ year exp. 
Orientation info: 4/30-5/2 or 5/14-5/16
