Dutch police have arrested two men on suspicion of having kidnapped a woman in Belgium and having raped her in the Dutch city of Eindhoven.
After being violated the woman was put under the shower by the men in order to remove all traces of what had happened. The Belgian woman was then taken by car to the nearby town of Waalre and pushed out onto the pavement.
The 19-year old was abducted on New Year's Eve in the town of Turnhout, just south of the Dutch border. Security camera images showed that she was dragged into a blue station car with a Dutch registration number. Joint research by Dutch and Belgian police pointed to a 30-year-old suspect in Eindhoven, in whose home the woman was raped.
The role of the 41-year-old man who was also arrested is not clear. Police say they are looking for a third suspect.
